As an Order Fulfilment Specialist (m/f/x), you will be responsible for complete order processing and customer contact from A to Z.
Deine Aufgaben
Order processing & tracking
Entering and checking incoming orders in our ERP system (Odoo)
Verifying that all customer data and requirements are present and correct
If possible, you will contact the customer directly
Or you link back to our sales people
Place orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery times
Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages and reorder in a timely manner
Shipping Preparation
Mainly small and light parcels that are easy to handle
Exceptionally larger parcels, where you can count on the help of colleagues
Preparation of delivery notes and arranging transportation (including international shipments, such as to Switzerland and the UK)
As well as provide license updates and make them available to the customer via email
Customer Contact & Service
Mostly by email and occasionally by phone
You will answer questions about delivery deadlines, delivery notes, delivery receipts and software updates
You proactively request additional data from customers and suppliers as needed for smooth order processing
You communicate primarily in Dutch and English to professionally address our international customers and suppliers. Knowledge of French is a plus
Customer satisfaction & KPIs
Follow up on complaints and measure customer satisfaction
Collect data and report results
Make suggestions to improve our processes
Collaboration & Process Optimization
Working closely with your colleagues in Ghent, France and Spain as well as with the order processing team at our headquarters in Fürth (Germany)
Actively contribute ideas on how to improve our logistics and administrative processes
Dein Profil
Education & experience
At least a degree in Higher Secondary Education (or equivalent through experience)
A Graduate degree in Logistics Management, Business Management or a similar field is a plus
Experience in a logistics or administrative position is a plus; motivated starters are also welcome
Software Knowledge
You are fluent with computers and preferably have experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
Languages
You speak and write good Dutch and English
French is an added value, given the international nature of our clients

Accurate and persistent: You work in a structured way and do not let complex issues get you down
Customer-oriented & communicative: You communicate clearly and friendly, both internally and externally, and know when to address the customer yourself or pass the question on to sales
